(WSYR-TV) — Prices are up in about every sector you look at right now. Hiring is hard and the supply chain is tight, which might make you think now is not the time to be or start a small business. 
But as Bob Griffin, the new Regional Director of the Small Business Development Center at Onondaga Community College, points out, this may be the time to do it.
